Our stay at this resort was quite disappointing despite the initial excitement. The rooms felt outdated and not up to the standard of a five-star experience, with multiple maintenance issues that significantly detracted from our comfort. However, we did enjoy a decent breakfast buffet, and the staff worked hard to keep it replenished. All in all, while the location has potential, the hotel needs major updates to meet guest expectations.
